• Names, email addresses and message content submitted through the contact form.
• Basic technical information used for security and rate limiting, such as IP address, browser user agent and source page.
• Chapter views, reading progress, referrers and outbound-link activity when analytics consent is granted.

Purchases are completed on third-party services such as Amazon or Payhip. We do not collect or store payment-card details on this website.

How we use information

• To provide requested downloads and subscription updates.
• To respond to messages and reader enquiries.
• To protect forms from abuse and diagnose technical faults.
• To understand which chapters and audio episodes are useful, only where analytics consent has been granted.
• To measure opted-in campaign performance, only where marketing consent has been granted.

We do not use contact-form submissions for automated decision-making.

Cookies and tracking

Necessary browser storage supports accessibility settings, reading progress, security and your cookie choices. Optional services remain disabled until you choose them.

• Analytics: Google Analytics measures visits, reading progress and content performance.
• Marketing: Meta and TikTok pixels measure campaign activity.

Service providers

Supabase provides database and form-processing infrastructure. Vercel hosts the website. Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok receive data only in accordance with the optional consent choices described above. Amazon and Payhip operate their own purchase pages and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to answer and administer them, and retain subscription details until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Access to stored submissions is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use access controls, encrypted connections and server-side validation to reduce risk.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or request a portable copy. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
